2. Account and Subscription

• Your Lemo TV subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Lemo TV login credentials are intended for your use only and should not be shared with others outside your household.
• Lemo TV subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew. You choose whether to renew when your subscription expires.

4. Refund Policy

Lemo TV offers a refund within the first 24 hours of your paid subscription if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact Lemo TV support at support@lemotv.online within 24 hours of your purchase. Refunds are not available after 24 hours or for partially used subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Lemo TV, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Lemo TV content or credentials
• Use Lemo TV for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized content
• Share your Lemo TV account credentials publicly

6. Service Availability

Lemo TV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, Lemo TV does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Lemo TV will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify users of planned maintenance.

7. Content

Lemo TV's channel lineup and VOD library are subject to change. Channels may be added or removed based on content availability. Lemo TV does not guarantee that specific channels or content will be available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lemo TV provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemo TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Lemo TV's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

9. Account Termination

Lemo TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
